Our story

A project born from the field

Our story begins in 2019 with the ambition to understand the challenges of tomorrow's industry. As passionate young entrepreneurs, we spent 6 months in the field visiting French factories and we discovered day after day, the difficulties of the sector but also its strengths.

After interviewing more than 100 players in 6 different sectors we noticed a cruel lack of tools to facilitate team management. We then created Mercateam.

Playing a positive role in society

The relocation policy of the last 30 years has led to a certain neglect of the operator.

However, at Mercateam, we believe that the blue-collar worker should be at the centre of the 4.0 revolution that we are about to experience. To respond to strong competition, each country needs to build up its teams in technical skills. This is why our number one mission is to bring as much value to supervisors as to operators. #Mercateam
