Our story begins in 2019 with the ambition to understand the challenges of tomorrow's industry. Young and passionate entrepreneurs, we spent 6 months in the field visiting French factories and we discovered day after day, the difficulties of the sector but also its strengths.

After interviewing more than 100 players in 6 different sectors, we noticed a cruel lack of tools to facilitate the management of their teams.

We then created Mercateam.

The policy of relocation over the last 30 years and investment in automation has led to a certain neglect of the "field worker"
However, at Mercateam, we believe that it is the blue collar worker who must be at the center of the 4.0 revolution that we are about to experience.

To meet the challenges of strong competition, France must increase the technical skills of its teams .
