Our story begins in 2019 with the purpose of understanding the challenges of tomorrow's industry. Young and passionate entrepreneurs, we spent 6 months in the field visiting French factories and we discovered day after day, the difficulties of the sector but also its strengths.
After interviewing more than 100 companies in 6 different sectors, we realized that there was a severe lack of tools to facilitate the management of their teams. So we created Mercateam.
The policy of relocation over the last 30 years and investment in automation has led to a certain neglect of the "field worker".
However, at Mercateam, we believe that it is the blue collar worker who should be at the center of the 4.0 revolution that we are about to experience. In order to meet the challenge of strong competition, France must increase the technical skills of its teams. This is why our number one mission is to bring as much value to supervisors as to operators. #Mercateam
