Sur les 300 sites industriels que nous \u00e9quipons, plusieurs usines ont ramen\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai \u00e0 dix jours sans rogner sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ni sur la qualit\u00e9. La m\u00e9thode tient en cinq leviers et un changement de s\u00e9quence dans le parcours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur prend 4 \u00e0 6 semaines en moyenne ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le temps long ne vient presque jamais d&rsquo;une formation trop dense, mais d&rsquo;une accumulation de frottements administratifs : QHSE qui se cale sur la disponibilit\u00e9 du RH, formation au poste qui attend un cr\u00e9neau du tuteur, habilitations qui dorment trois jours sur un bureau avant signature. Bout \u00e0 bout, ces d\u00e9lais repr\u00e9sentent souvent plus de la moiti\u00e9 du temps de prise de poste, et leur co\u00fbt reste invisible parce qu&rsquo;aucun service ne le porte vraiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un formateur capt\u00e9 quatre heures par jour pour accompagner un arrivant, c&rsquo;est <strong>une demi-journ\u00e9e de production en moins sur sa propre ligne<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.institutsapiens.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/Cout-absenteisme.pdf\">Institut Sapiens<\/a>, chaque journ\u00e9e non productive co\u00fbte en moyenne 180 euros par op\u00e9rateur, et le co\u00fbt indirect de remplacement atteint 120 \u00e0 150 % du salaire habituel. Multipli\u00e9 par trois ou quatre arrivants en simultan\u00e9, le ralentissement devient mesurable sur le rendement hebdomadaire de l&rsquo;usine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;agroalimentaire concentre toutes ces tensions au m\u00eame moment de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. En effet, le secteur emploie 9 % de sa main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre en int\u00e9rim et repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 lui seul un quart des int\u00e9rimaires de l&rsquo;industrie fran\u00e7aise. Il avance \u00e0 son rythme, valide en autonomie ce qu&rsquo;il a compris, et le formateur n&rsquo;intervient que sur ce qui r\u00e9siste.
