Suivi par \u00e9quipe et lu par ses causes, il montre o\u00f9 se perd le temps, sans noter personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment calculer l&rsquo;OLE d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;OLE d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe s&rsquo;obtient en multipliant trois taux mesur\u00e9s sur les personnes du poste, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la formule <strong>OLE = disponibilit\u00e9 \u00d7 performance \u00d7 qualit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La disponibilit\u00e9 rapporte le temps o\u00f9 l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe produit au temps de travail planifi\u00e9, pauses pr\u00e9vues retir\u00e9es. Elle absorbe l&rsquo;attente d&rsquo;une consigne, d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur habilit\u00e9 ou d&rsquo;un rempla\u00e7ant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La performance compare la production r\u00e9elle \u00e0 ce que le standard du poste attendait pendant ce temps productif.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La qualit\u00e9 mesure la part des pi\u00e8ces bonnes du premier coup, retouches et rebuts exclus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le calcul part du temps planifi\u00e9, car la seule pr\u00e9sence cacherait l&rsquo;attente. Une heure pass\u00e9e \u00e0 attendre des composants compte comme <strong>une perte de disponibilit\u00e9<\/strong>, m\u00eame quand vous avez toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe sur place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La multiplication sanctionne chaque perte. Si vous le comparez au poste entier, vous comptez <strong>deux fois le temps perdu<\/strong>, une fois en disponibilit\u00e9 et une fois en performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OLE et TRS : quelle diff\u00e9rence ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le TRS mesure le rendement d&rsquo;une machine, l&rsquo;OLE celui <strong>des personnes qui la font tourner<\/strong>, et tous deux partent du temps o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on avait pr\u00e9vu de produire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les <a href=\"https:\/\/merca.team\/21-indicateurs-de-performance-industrielle\/\">indicateurs de performance industrielle<\/a>, la norme internationale qui les d\u00e9finit (ISO 22400-2) ne compte pas l&rsquo;OLE, n\u00e9 de la pratique des ateliers. Trois indicateurs en temps r\u00e9el, dont un temps d'inactivit\u00e9 relev\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de dix minutes, n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9s excessifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lancer votre premier relev\u00e9 d'OLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faites porter votre premier relev\u00e9 sur <strong>une \u00e9quipe et une semaine stable<\/strong>, les trois taux d'abord, puis les causes amont, pour obtenir votre r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Ce suivi sert le m\u00eame but que celui de vos machines, livrer le client \u00e0 la date promise.
